As an Influencer & Content Lead, your mission will be to build trust and desire to invest through authentic, high-impact storytelling. You will manage influencer partnerships end-to-end and create content that connects emotionally with our audience, turning awareness into confidence — and confidence into investment.

You’ll play a key role in how Equito shows up across digital channels, ensuring that our brand remains visible, credible, and inspiring.

Your responsibilities:

  • Source, negotiate, and manage influencer partnerships to ensure authentic, high-performing collaborations aligned with Equito’s messaging.

  • Develop and produce social content (scripts, shoots, edits) that educates, inspires, and builds trust.

  • Plan and lead content shoots — from concept and scripting to on-site coordination — showcasing properties, team culture, and customer stories.

  • Manage the editorial calendar and posting rhythm across TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, and other platforms to ensure consistent visibility.

  • Track performance metrics and optimize influencer and content strategies based on insights.

  • Maintain a strong brand voice and storytelling framework consistent with Equito’s mission and credibility standards.

  • Coordinate with the Performance Manager to transform top-performing influencer and organic content into paid ads (UGC → paid media).

  • Build and manage a roster of recurring creators and brand ambassadors to foster long-term trust.

  • Stay ahead of social trends and platform algorithms, adapting content formats and messages to maximize reach and engagement.

  • Ensure all content complies with legal and financial communication standards, especially regarding investment claims.

Job requirements

What we’re looking for:

  • Minimum of 4 years of experience in social-first content creation, influencer management, or brand storytelling, preferably gained in startups or scale-ups within the fintech, proptech, or fast-growing digital sectors.

  • Degree in Marketing, Business, or related fields.

  • Native-level Spanish and fluent English.

  • Proven experience creating short-form video content (from scripting to editing).

  • Strong track record managing influencers/creators end-to-end.

  • Deep understanding of TikTok, Instagram Reels, and YouTube Shorts content styles.

  • Data-driven mindset: ability to track, analyze, and optimize performance.

  • Storyteller mindset: able to communicate complex ideas simply and emotionally.

  • Hands-on, proactive, and self-driven approach.

  • Strong aesthetic sense and authenticity in content creation.

  • Comfortable appearing on camera.
