About the role
As a Property Manager Specialist, your mission will be to ensure the efficient day-to-day management of Equito’s real estate portfolio in Valencia. You will be responsible for providing exceptional service to tenants, coordinating maintenance operations, and supporting rental processes — guaranteeing a seamless experience and maximizing rental income.

Your responsibilities

  • Manage current properties, maintaining strong relationships with tenants and ensuring smooth turnover between rentals.

  • Supervise monthly rent collection and verify all payments are received on time.

  • Publish and manage property listings across platforms such as Idealista, Wallapop, Milanuncios, and others.

  • Handle rental contracts, signatures, and collection of payments and deposits.

  • Organize and conduct property visits with potential tenants.

  • Coordinate maintenance and repairs, ensuring timely completion and high-quality results.

  • Resolve incidents efficiently and maintain proactive follow-up with tenants and service providers.

  • Collaborate with the Real Estate and Finance teams to continuously improve operations.

  • Identify opportunities to optimize property management processes as the company scales.

  • Represent Equito’s values and contribute to building a culture of operational excellence and customer trust.

Job requirements

What we’re looking for

  • 1–3 years of experience in property management or customer service.

  • Background in Customer Service, Psychology, Sales, or Logistics.

  • Organized, proactive, and detail-oriented.

  • Comfortable using tools such as WhatsApp, Google Calendar, and CRM systems (Homming, Signaturit).

  • Fluent in Spanish and comfortable communicating in English (intermediate level or above).

  • Strong customer orientation and ability to work under pressure.

  • Valid driver’s license and own vehicle (mandatory).
